Valentine's Day looks for under $100!

I always have fun dressing up for Valentine's! There is always a plethera of PINK and RED... two of my favorite colors! I decided to put together a lookbook of pieces that you can add to a little black dress to spice things up or 2 new dresses that are way reasonably priced... bargains are my friend! :) Stay tuned for some fabulous gifts for your man, family or friends all for UNDER $20!

Enjoy!,

2011 Color Forecast... Part ONE!

I have always loved looking at the color forecasts for the year and this one I got from Sherwin Williams. There are 4 palettes so I decided to come up with a design/fashion inspiration based each color scheme! I will post one a day so check back and see what is in store for this year!

Here is the first scheme!... Enjoy!

Get Crafty!

We all know how much I love arts & crafts, so I figured I would share some of my recent projects that I have done (mostly for my sisters! :))

Enjoy!

Mason jar filled with onesies (you could use washcloths or q-tips as well) that I decorated for my nephew Paxton's room.

Pillow I sewed for my sisters rocker in Pax's room. I made it with burlap and used the crown image to make an iron on transfer.
Banner I made for Christmas.. It's not a great pic but it says, "The Hays" (go figure! :))

Owl I painted for Pax's room!

For my sisters best friends daughter :) Aileen's Jewel Glue goes a long way!

Crosses & Leopard... my 2 favorite things!!

I made my sister get this today because I thought it made the perfect dog bed! I sewed her a reversible cushion to go with!

Love,
